March's "Pick 3" Pinterest Time

Need fun ideas for March?

Have I got the link up party for you! Two awesome bloggers, Lisa of Pawsitively Teaching and Marissa of Inspired Owl's Corner have are hosting a Pinterest Party!

Everyone is pinning 3 of their favorite March pins!

Are you ready for my favorites?  I thought about what teachers would like to see. I picked my 3 favorites... one that is beyond cute, one that is great idea for room decor and one fun, classroom project!

This is the cute pin, I was referring to. I mean, come on... this is adorable. If you teach pre-school, kinder, first or second... maybe even third grade this is just for you.  It can easily be reproduced and this kids will have a blast making it!

This is my favorite door for March! It is creative and adorable! So the kids get to create a rainbow with their handprints and at the end of the rainbow are gold coins. What you can't see are the kiddos pictures. Wouldn't your class love to see their picture on gold? This just seems like an amazingly fun door to recreate with your class. They are all little treasures, after all!

Ok... I know I said the door was my favorite... but this might be my MOST favorite! It's a leprechaun trap.

What?!

I wish I could catch a leprechaun, I mean, think of all the shopping I could do!

All kidding aside... how much would kids love to plan a trap?!  Plus, problem based learning is the best way to get students thinking!  This product is from my friend Julie of A First For Everything! She blogged all about how she is going be using this in her classroom.
