Wow, it's July. June flew by. I didn't know that one month could be so stressful. I always seem to forget how much there is to do at school for the end of the year AND how taxing it can be.
Now that it's July, I really plan on taking time to relax.

Listening: Ok. I am officially addicted to Bones. I watch it on Netflix and am now on season 5 after only a month or so. (Maybe that is how June flew by. Heeeheee.) This show has everything I love all wrapped up in one nice little package. Forensic science, mystery, and a great love story. Plus…don't tell my hubby… but David Boreanaz is quite pleasing to the eyes.
Loving: I am in Hawaii!!! I love this island. I never get tired of being here and enjoying the tropical weather, the beautiful beaches and the lush greenery. My best friend lives here and I am visiting her. She just had her second baby and so I just had to fly out here and meet the new lil' guy. She also has a two year toddler so I am planning to mostly be on baby duty while I'm here. A newborn and a 2-year old can really keep 2 gals busy. I am in Hawaii, though …so… I will definitely make time to go the beach….which leads to….
Thinking: I am thinking of going to the beach soon and enjoying the sun. I also love Hawaiian shaved ice so I will need to find some while I'm out and about.
Wanting: I really wish I could be in 2 places at once so that I could go to the TpT Conference. Las Vegas is no where near Hawaii so it's not possible. For anyone who is reading this and is planning on going … I really hope you have a blast. You must try playing craps while you're there. It is my favorite, favorite, favorite game.
Needing: Those who are not teachers don't understand. I get no sympathy from my husband when I say that I need a longer summer break. I just need more time ... to do more stuff! If I had more time, all those great TpT products that are half completed would get done and uploaded to TpT. Oh well, I would much rather be in Hawaii and enjoying time with my friend.
4th Plans: We definitely want to BBQ and we are hoping to catch some fireworks! Overall though, the main goal is to relax and enjoy family and friends.

ReplyDeleteI've been watching Castle lately but I'm about to finish that. I'm thinking Bones needs to be my next Marathon.
Enjoy your time in Hawaii. My inlaws have been twice and absolutely loved it. It's great that you are getting to enjoy it with a friend.

Just from reading your Currently, I could also tell we have a lot in common! Haha. I also used to be obsessed with Bones. I am SO SO SO jealous you're in Hawaii! I've had a major Hawaii obsession lately for some reason, so hopefully I can make a trip out there soon! Have an amazing time! If it makes you feel any better, I won't be in Vegas for the conference, either. Maybe next year! Have a great 4th! (Now, to check out the rest of your blog and the FB group!) :)
