Liebster Award Part 2

This is part two of my Liebester Award acceptance. I will share a little bit about myself, share my nominees and ask them 11 questions!

About Me

I will share 11 fun facts about me now.

1. I am 35 years old and have been teaching for 11 years!
2. My favorite color is purple!
3. I am the first in my family, included extended family to attend a 4-year university.
4. I have love to travel. When I was a single and younger teacher, I'd work all year and travel over the summer. I've had a chance to go to Ireland, England, France, Italy, Greece, Poland, Spain, Netherlands, Mexico. Places within our country or commonwealths: Puerto Rico, New York, New Orleans, Hawaii, Indiana. There are so many places I still have on my bucket list. My favorite place of all: is Ireland.

5. My last name is Vuong. I am Mexican-American but my husband is Vietnamese! It's an awesome mix of cultures in our home. 

6.I met my husband at bible study. We've been married for 3 1/2 years and had an amazing wedding day. We got married married in Temecula, CA on a beautiful winery/bed and breakfast.

7. I've said this before but I love anything girly. I like if it's glittery, if it has swirls, if it's a cute font. High heels, flats, dresses, hearts, pink, purple, jewelry, make-up, purses!!! Anything to do with school supplies brings me so much happiness! I think you get what this means… 

8. ...I love shopping. Nordstrom and Target are my favorite places to shop. I am really blessed that my husband understands. 

9. I live near Disneyland and have an annual pass. My family thinks I am little crazy but it is just so much fun to go and walk around. The nostalgia of being there will change my attitude on a stressful day instantly.

10. I have a masters in Curriculum Design and Development.

11. I pray daily. This probably should've been #1 up top. But prayer is important to me. I pray for my students everyday. I plan to write another post on how I consider my classroom grace-filled and how the title of my blog came about.
